With 30+ years of methodology design, 15+ years of coaching experience and 14,000+ hours of practice, Jem has been mastering his craft, working with senior leaders across government, private, and nonprofit sectors.
As a Leadership Expert and Coherence Strategist, and author of the award winning book The Art of Conscious Communication, Jem guides leaders to create Inner Peace and then inspire with clarity, compassion, and courage. He's the Founding Director of his global nonprofit, The Center of Love Foundation and The CoL Alliance.
